Technical Reviewer

Job Description

GeoTek Engineering & Testing Services, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Reviewer to join our team. As a Technical Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing technical documents, reports, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical reviews of project documentation, including geotechnical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings.
  • Identify errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies in technical documents and provide feedback to project teams for corrections.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve document quality.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of technical review findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical review within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
